These numbers are about us, not about the people we serve. Everything is aggregate — no recipient appears here, and none can be worked out from what's below.
What actually arrived
We record what was received, not what was ordered. Substitutions and gaps are the honest part — a ledger that always reads "delivered as ordered" is not evidence of anything.
Graduations 0
Relationships that no longer need us in the middle. This is the number we most want to go up. A platform that measures itself on how many people still depend on it is measuring the wrong thing.
Referrers
They decide who gets in and what donors see. That power gets published.

What we didn't show you, and why
- Who the recipients are
At neighbourhood scale a situation plus an age plus a street is one identifiable person. Aggregates cannot be de-anonymised the way stories can.
- What any individual received
A donor who funded a need sees its receipt. Nobody else needs a record of the worst year of someone’s life.
- Why anyone qualified
We do not means-test, so there is no hardship evidence to publish. A referrer who knows them vouched; that is the whole test.
- Which needs went unconfirmed
Not confirming has to be costless or the confirmations are worthless. A referrer follows up privately; it is never held against the recipient.
- Donor contribution amounts
Published giving totals turn generosity into a leaderboard, and a leaderboard changes who gets helped.
