Normally there is no public sign-up at all: a referrer at a church or shelter vouches for every person, and everyone signs in with a passkey. Here you just choose a role, because otherwise there would be no way to show you the inside.

Enter as a donor, add to the pool, and recommend a need from the queue.
Notice how little the queue tells you — one person in it is at disclosure level 0 and you get nothing about her at all.
Switch to a platform admin and run the simulated delivery under Operations.
Switch to someone asking for help, confirm the delivery — or don't, and see that nothing is taken away.
Open the ledger and watch the numbers move.
